The Foundation Cup

W1, W2… are the group winners ranked against each other; R1, R2… are the runners-up ranked the same way. We compare games difference, then fewest games conceded, then games won — per match played — and use a PL random draw if still level. With two groups the semi-finals are W1 v R2 and W2 v R1. The bracket is fixed once the groups finish.
