Ready for match night
A quick guide to signing in, finding your fixture and recording your score.
1. Sign in with your registered email
Open Player sign-in, enter the email you registered with and select Send code. Enter the eight-digit code from your inbox and select Verify. You do not need a player password.
Check your spam folder if it does not arrive. Use the latest code and wait for the resend countdown. Never share a sign-in code. If access is not ready or your email has changed, contact the league through its website.
Player sign-in2. Check your team and fixture
Your player area shows your next match once the draw and schedule are published. Open the match to check your opponent, time, venue and court. Check again before travelling in case the fixture has changed.
If a detail is to be confirmed, wait for the league’s update. If your team or captain is wrong, contact the league before match night.
Check the draw3. Enter and confirm the score
- One captain opens the match and enters each set against the correct team names.
- Check the score, then select Submit score.
- The opposing captain opens the same match and selects Confirm score if it is correct, or Reject and explains the issue.
The match page shows when score entry is available and any automatic-confirmation deadline. Other players can view results but cannot submit on the captain’s behalf. Contact the league if the captain controls are missing.
