Before the match
Check your match details, confirm your partner and arrive with time to warm up.
Submitting the score
Either captain enters the final score in the app once the match has started.
Confirming or rejecting a score
Check the score your opponent submitted, then confirm it or reject it with a reason.
The PL Player of the Match vote
All four players vote after a confirmed match. On a 2–2 tie, the losing captain decides.
Reporting a forfeit or an injury
Use Report a problem on the match page for a forfeit, injury or no-show. Reports go to PL only.
Lodging a protest and adding evidence
Protest within 12 hours of the scheduled start and attach photos or videos as evidence.
