Confirming or rejecting a score
Check the score your opponent submitted, then confirm it or reject it with a reason.
Last updated Wed 14 Oct
When the other captain submits a score, you get a notice asking you to check it.
You have 12 hours
Open the match and look at the submitted score. The match page shows how long you have left to respond. If you do nothing, the score is confirmed automatically.
If the score is right
Choose Confirm score. The result is final, the table updates, and the PL Player of the Match vote opens.
If the score is wrong
Choose Reject score, pick a reason and explain what you think the correct score is. Be specific, as PL uses this to decide.
Rejecting marks the match as disputed. All four players are told, and PL reviews both sides and decides the result. PL may contact you for more detail.
Tips
Agree the score with your opponents on court before anyone submits. Most disputes start with a misunderstanding.
Only reject a score that is actually wrong. Use a protest for other problems with the match. See Lodging a protest and adding evidence.
